I voted, but did not get my Jaden.

Make sure the account was logged onto the site.
Sometimes Jaden take a while to get onto the account. Could be 10 seconds, 10 min or even an hour or more. There is nothing a GM or Admin can do.
If the target player was in in Elysium in the meanwhile, they won't receive their voting Jaden or online Jaden. That's because it's on its seperate server.
If the account was force-logged into the game, make sure to fully re-log to see the Jaden appear.
