Rules

Trading/Selling of Accounts is NOT allowed.
Sharing of accounts is done at your own risk and is a viable reason for a ban. Please be informed that, if you give access to a person who receives a ban, you run the risk of your account being linked to that person and will most likely be banned yourself. This will also render you ineligible for any type of support regarding that issue. Even if you have not read these rules, you have been warned.

Each player is permitted to vote once every 12 hours regardless of how many IP addresses or accounts that they may have. This means one vote per person per 12 hours. If you have 20 accounts, that still means you only get to vote on ONE of them every 12 hours.
You may vote on a different account on subsequent 12 hours if you wish, but not more than 1 account in the same 12 hour period.
It is not permitted to use a proxy, unplug your router to get a different IP, use mobile devices, use a work or public IP (such as a library, Internet Café, HotSpot) to try and circumvent the 1 vote per 6-hour per player rule.
If you're using a public IP or proxy then it is possible to be banned even if you followed the voting rules. We advise against using public IP addresses or proxy services.
Any violation of the voting rules will result in an immediate ban of all accounts accessed by the violating player(s) and/or the IP(s) addresses used.

Respect staff. Staff members are players like you who spend time and energy to make this the best playing experience possible for you. They are volunteers and should be afforded at least the courtesy of respecting their effort and dedication.
Do not pretend to be a GM. Do not use account or in-game names that are similar to a Gm’s name. If there is no monkey symbol next to a player’s name then they are NOT a GM.
Do not waste GMs time. Refer to the FAQ page, talk to fellow players, ask a GS first.
Do not argue with a GM, if you disagree with a GM's decision then you must PM an Administrator for further assistance.
No begging GMs/GSs for items/gold/Jaden/favors – 1^st offense results in a warning, a 2^nd offense will get you muted indefinitely.

The use of any third-party applications, scripts and/or tools/add-ons is strictly prohibited and will result in a ban of the violating account.
The use of any hacks, exploits or any other form of cheats is strictly prohibited.
Should you encounter any bugs in the game, please report them. Exploitation of bugs will lead to your account being banned.
Any form of "boosting" such as attacking your own territory with another alliance owned by your alliance will result in bans and other forms of punishment.
Intentional feeding in PvP events may result in temporary bans from event participation, temporary bans from the server, loss of Jaden, and other forms of punishment at Admin discretion.

English in World Chat only. This allows for staff to understand your broadcasts. Recruiting can be posted in any language. Violators may be subject to warnings/mutes by the GM online.
Keep it friendly in WC. We are somewhat relaxed here when it comes to obscenities and profanity BUT any derogatory terms, offensive remarks and/or threats directed at any race/gender/religion/ethnicity/age/sexual orientation etc. will not be tolerated and may result in muting and/or bans depending on the severity of the violation. Being part of a particular race/gender/religion/ethnicity/age/sexual orientation etc. does not make you exempt from this rule.
We are LGBTQ+ friendly. Please respect all communities equally.
Do not advertise for other private servers, websites, products or services.
Do not spam players in any way. This also includes any form of harassment. Harassment will be taken seriously and you could be subject to a ban. With that said, there IS a blacklist feature and we expect you to use that first.

There are no restrictions on maximum refine level because we have capped the stats at +14.
Monkey Dynasty is a battery-free server, excluding some instances. Should you encounter any way to obtain batteries, please report it. The usage of HP/SP batteries (in PvP) will result in a ban.
Trading/Selling of Items for anything (Cash, PayPal, Items or Currency in other games, cryptocurrency and gift cards) that is not considered as an in-game currency is not allowed.

The use of racist/sexist/ageist or any other offensive/derogatory term in ANY language as an In-Game name, clan name, alliance name or pet name is not permitted. Consequences will be determined by the GM online.
