Gear change Issue

I've purchased gear changes now originally changed from skysong > mage. Went through the first time changing to BG gears and got to feet, then the option to change to BG gears are no longer there. It's there for other factions besides skysong and mage (previous faction and new faction). Got more gear changes and had to change to skytouch gears to wear a set and get bonuses. Donated some more and checked to see if I could change the gears to BG after I left it awhile. Now, the option to change just the feet are missing BG and Skytouch options now. Just wanting to change gears to BG gears. Looking for assistance.
