Guide: Fate Charms

This is a guide for fate charms which can be pretty OP! This system is only available starting at 150+ Ascended, and as you get closer to 160Asc, you’ll unlock to six total Fatecharm slots.
You receiving [Fatecharm Fragments] from the Inferna/Archaia Orders. as reward by finishing its quest. Right click on that order [Archaia Order: Azure Phoenix] will give you an extra quest in your questlog.

 After finishing this quest (which you do if you grind allot) you receive those [Fatecharm Fragments] if you rightclick on it you will get this following picture like below:

Now push the button on Combine (thats for 1 fate charm) of Combine all. 1 Fate charm costs 10 Fatecharm Fragments. Now he is producing Fate charms!

What can you receive after producing Fate Charms!
Basic Fatecharm = Gray colored border

Advanced Fatecharm = Green colored border

Celestial Fatecharm = Blue colored border

Eternal Fatecharm = Purple colored border

Those fate charms color means the quality it has. The better the quality the better your stat will be. For example, you have 1000/1500 EXP on a Basic fatecharm and 1000/1500 EXP on a Celestial charm the celestial charm will give you a better stat.

Now how can we boost up those Fatecharms and add more EXP on them? Very simple, you rightclick on the Fatecharm and you will see the next image. I took for example a BASIC fatecharm with a stat with CRITSTRIKE RATE. You see that it has no EXP yet. 0/100 and it's level 1 yet.

Than you Manual Select (I use that button) to select all the other Fatecharms that you don't want to use by left clicking on them. It will appear dark with a yellow border arround it. For this example i choose all the basic charms that i wanna destroy to get more EXP on my BASIC CRITSTRIKE Fatecharm. After that you press "FUSION" button.

The result is: a BASIC CRITSTRIKE charm Level 2 and you see it's almost level 3. You also see the stat has slightly grow. If you had a better quality one for example an Advanced one, then the stat would even grow harder.

This is also a good time to introduce two new stats: debuff Recovery and Mastery. For Sleep, Paralyze, etc., in addition to normal Resistance, you can reduce the duration of debuffs affecting you by getting Recovery. Recovery reduces duration by a percent – while Mastery cancels out points of Recovery.

Your Mastery won’t ever increase the duration, though, it’ll only cancel out Recovery. Both of these stats are available in the Fatecharm system.

Good Guide, Can you Explain more about Mastery?

Well its like this Prawler:

When i have 10 sleep recovery there will be a chance that when i am slept i will go out of sleep earlier.

But when the opponent has sleep mastery on the stone they will point away the recovery stat.

So i have 10 sleep recovery
Opponent has 10 sleep mastery.

10-10 = 0 chance of getting earlier out of sleep

Okey i've seen some Fatecharms by now and ive seen some differences between the 4 qualitys.

If you have, lets say by example a BASIC critnull Fatecharm, it starts with 0.25% Critnul LV1
Basic Quality:
[Critnull 0.25% LV1]
[Critnull 0.50% LV2]
[Critnull 0.75% LV3]
[Critnull 1.00% LV4]

Advanced Quality:
[Critnull 0.50% LV1]
[Critnull 1.00% LV2]
[Critnull 1.50% LV3]
[Critnull 2.00% LV4]

Celestial Quality:
[Critnull 0.75% LV1]
[Critnull 1.50% LV2]
[Critnull 2.25% LV3]
[Critnull 3.00% LV4]

Eternal Quality:
[Critnull 1.00% LV1]
[Critnull 2.00% LV2]
[Critnull 3.50% LV3]
[Critnull 4.00% LV4]

Celestial Quality:
[Critnull 0.75% LV1]

got Celestial Critrate and it has 0.75% at lvl1, so i guess its all the same.

(lvl N stat bonus = lvl 1 bonus * N)

The total bonus to your stats is = [quality] x [level] x [base value].

like (Basic=x1, Advanced=x2, Celestial=x3, Eternal=x4) to stats.

so we need only base stat value for basic lvl1, rest can be calculated.

i would recommend that you combine fragments before fusing. Why? cuz of two reasons: you can get better charms or you can use good qualitied but useless charms to fuse them into your charm, this way you will get better exp like advanced gives 20 exp while basic gives 10 no frags lost. it takes 10 frags for a basic charms already. you will make profit no loss xD
